Pharmamedics may supply prescription medicines only on the basis of a prescription written by a medical doctor registered in the European Union.
Pharmamedics (all pharmacies and pharmacists, affiliates and companies Pharmamedics is cooperating with) cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the diagnosis, treatment or medication prescribed or the correct use of products supplied. It lies on the purchaser to use any products supplied under the guidance of a physician.
Pharmamedics is responsible for ensuring that the correct product, in the correct amount and the correct strength is supplied to the correct patient. According to European law, product liability lies solely with the manufacturer.
Pharmamedics dispenses branded or in the case the patent has expired, generic pharmaceutical products that are registered in EU-member states. European patent law applies.
Pharmamedics (all pharmacies and pharmacists, affiliates and companies Pharmamedics is cooperating with) takes no responsibility for compliance with importation requirements and regulations of the country of destination. This remains the final responsibility of the purchaser. For USA-clients a Personal Importation Form based on FDA Chapter 9 guidance for personal importations of drugs will be filed on behalf of the purchaser.
Delivery of all products ordered takes place in an affiliated and fully licensed EU-pharmacy. All products are shipped on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding Pharmamedics (all pharmacies and pharmacists, affiliates and companies Pharmamedics is cooperating with) reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser, if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the country of destination.
All shipments are by registered mail or courier and need to be signed for by the purchaser/client or mandatary who should be over 21 years of age. Pharmamedics is not responsible for losses, incorrect deliveries or product damage caused by improper handling of the shipping agent.
According to European law, once products have been dispensed (delivered) by a pharmacy these products may not be returned to the pharmacy. Therefore order cancellations or alterations after the order has been delivered and /or shipped, cannot be accepted.
