PharmaMedics is a website which acts only as an intermediary and markets and sells medications on behalf of German pharmacies which are subject to state and federal laws. We are not able to take back the medications after they were dispatched. To protect the safety of our customers, the purchases of healthcare merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
PharmaMedics will only provide a refund if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired. If there are any problems with your order please notify us within one week of receipt at support@PharmaMedics.com. Your claims will be carefully studied and Steps will be taken immediately to avoid such mistakes in the future. We can only refund and reship our goods within a delay of 6 month of the
initial order.
