Lately we have been receiving many bounced emails from AOL
customers. Basically, what happens is that the latest version of AOL
(America Online 9.0 Optimized) includes new Spam Controls, which
sometimes prevent our email messages from reaching the customers.
This is the reason why the Order Confirmation and Customer Service
emails don"t get through, even when the order has been sent out.
There are two ways to solve the problem. You can either use an
alternate email address to contact us, or enable the AOL's Mail
Controls™ feature to accept e-mail from our company.
If you choose to use a different email address, we recomend to
sign-up for a free email account in any popular mail service as:
www.YAHOO.com or www.hotmail.com. You can use your new email address
to place orders or send your inquires to Customer Service
The second choice is for customers who already placed orders with
us, but are worried about not receiving their order status updates.
We will now explain step by step how to read the messages that we
have already sent you, and how to unblock our addresses in your spam
filter so you can accept e-mail from our company.

Guidelines to receive email from |
First, you need to change AOL's Mail Settings to show all the
received messages. Please follow these steps:
1. Click Settings on the toolbar.

2. Click Mail in the Settings window.

3. In the General tab select the following:
by default, show
me email from: Everyone

4. Click OK.
Now you can check your spam folder to find our previous
emails:
5. Open your Spam Folder by clicking on the Spam
Folder link on the mailbox
6. If AOL has caught any mails that you do not consider spam,
highlight the mail and click This is Not Spam.

AOL will now look for similar mail and make sure to place them in
your inbox. By keeping the check box for the Advanced Spam Filters
checked, most spam addressed to you will be placed in your spam
folder and your interest emails will be sent to the inbox. However,
AOL Spam Filters are not perfect so check your Spam Folder
periodically to ensure your spam filters haven’t caught any mails
incorrectly. To access the new Spam Controls:
• Click on the Spam Controls link on the
mailbox
• or go to AOL Keyword: spam controls
• or go to AOL
Keyword: mail controls

In all cases, e-mail messages received from People you know –
People in your Address Book and Buddy List® – will be delivered to
your main mailbox. AOL suggests adding the e-mail addresses of all
your friends, business and family to your AOL Address Book.

Please add the following PharmaEnergy email addresses to your AOL
Address Book:
There are two ways to do so:
A) Adding/Editing Contact Information in the Address
Book.
1. In the Mail menu on the AOL® toolbar, click Address
Book.
2. In the Address Book window, do one of the following:
- Click Add to add a new contact.
- To edit an existing contact, click the contact once to select
it, then click Edit.
- To edit a contact’s Address Card, click the contact’s Address
Card once to select it, then click Edit. When the contact’s
Address Card appears, click Edit again.
3. Type (or edit) the information under the Contact, Home, Work,
and Details tabs.
4. When you have finished, click Save.

B) Adding an Address from E-mail You Receive
1. Double-click the e-mail containing the e-mail address(es) you
want to add. The e-mail will open in a new window.
2. Highlight
(select) the e-mail address(es) you want to add to your Address
Book.
3. Click Add
